Welcome to this beautiful bright airy home. Freshly painted with new wall-to-wall carpeting with 8 pounds of padding, in all the rooms except for the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom has beautiful tile floor, granite countertop and shower doors. Extremely well maintained apartment. Move-in condition. There is a washer dryer in the apartment. Also, there is five separate laundry rooms on the premises. This is a pet friendly community. You’re allowed one pet per apartment, up to 30 pounds. There is an in ground swimming pool with lifeguard on duty. You are allowed 4 guests per apartment, for the pool. Your HOA’s includes your heat, hot water and trash removal. you’re allowed two cars per apartment one is assigned and the other one you park on the circle. There is a waitlist for the garage, at an additional fee of $65 a month. Close to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and school schools. please remove your shoes or wear booties when seeing the apartment.
