The second-floor unit was completely renovated with new flooring, new kitchen, new bath in 2021 Each apartment has its own washer/dryer and relatively new heating systems ( ENERGY STAR Qualified Equipment) which are wall mounted and also provide instant hot water. There is an enclosed front porch which is currently used as a mud room and for storage. The backyard offers plenty of parking accessed from the driveway. One could easily park 6 cars in the back if they so choose. The yard is level and there is an exterior entrance from the basement to the yard making it convenient for outdoor projects or hanging the laundry on a clothes line.
